How the system works

An innovative solution

·          The outdoor caller unit is connected to a controller and then to a radio controller via a 2-wire bus.

·          The information is then transmitted via radio to the various mobile handsets in each apartment.

·          Depending on the site configuration and the type of building structure, up to 7 radio controllers can be connected in parallel to guarantee excellent transmission to the different floors and inside all the apartments.

·          As the technology used is wire-free, it takes no time at all to install the system in each apartment.

Radio Range

·          The radio coverage ensuring optimum communication between the outdoor caller unit and each mobile handset depends on environmental and installation conditions.

·          Daitem can provide you with a radio range tester to help you define the installation’s optimal configuration.

·          On average 1 radio controller covers 6 apartments.

Dynamic Radio Technology

·          Each mobile handset unit and controller transmitter/receiver keeps a constant check on the most available radio channels.

·          At the start of communication, the system selects a free radio channel.

·          If there is any interference on this channel during communication, the self-synchronising system automatically switches to another available channel.
